Fee Breakdown: $99.99 trip fee covers the trip out to diagnose the problem. Once on-site the repair (if possible) is $65/hr per tech plus and any parts. Anything over the first $99.99 is collected upon completion. Window treatment orders on coverings that cannot be repaired are measured and quoted while on-site.
