• Our standard rates:

  • $99.99 trip charge includes the first hour on site, collected at scheduling (most restrings/repairs can be done)

  • After the first hour, It is $65 per technician/hour collected upon completion. Charges for parts may apply.

• Repair of products older than 15 years have a high likelihood of failure. Although repairs have no guarantees, we do offer deals on suitable replacements or upgrades.

• if you are the original owner, You should determine if any warranty is in effect. Repairs may render a warranty null and void

Request Form

We may decline Repairs If:

~Fabric has tears or holes, or cannot retain its shape

~Components are irreplaceable or brittle, cracked, or missing

~The Product has Excessive dust, stains, or insect bodies

~The product or its components have been discontinued

~It is Very high up, or unmovable with one tech

~Cannot meet child safety regulations see:
