• National Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

• Processing: As each board is finished to order, please allow 3 business days for your item to be prepared for transit. You will receive tracking information the moment your order ships.

Returns Policy

• Final Sale: Due to the hygienic nature of food-contact surfaces, all charcuterie boards and serving pieces are final sale. Once an item has been delivered, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

• Standard Home Decor: Non-personalized decor items (e.g., key bowls, card holders) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Quality Assurance: We encourage you to review all product photos and videos carefully before purchase. If you have questions regarding wood species, grain patterns, or dimensions, please reach out—we are happy to provide additional details to ensure you are 100% confident in your selection.

Our Makers' Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you experience an issue, we provide the following protections:

• Manufacturing Defects & Personalization Errors: In the rare event that an item is received with an error in personalization or a structural manufacturing defect, we will provide a Custom Commission Credit of equal or less value, which can be applied toward any item in our shop. Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the error or defect.

• Transit Damage: If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will review each claim individually and arrange for a resolution.

Note: Our Custom Commission Credit and damage resolution policies apply only to confirmed defects, errors, or transit damage reported within the 72-hour window.
