Artisan Cherry Live Edge Bench with Shelf

Warm your space with this one-of-a-kind, handmade live edge bench. Meticulously constructed using traditional 100% dowel joinery, this piece features a single, local cherry slab that has been thoughtfully split. One half forms the natural, flowing top surface facing downward to allow the flow of the natural edge for sitting purposes, while its other half creates the convenient lower shelf, showcasing the continuous beauty in this cherry slabs unique grain pattern.

This bench isn't just beautiful; it’s engineered for longevity and versatility. The top is secured to the sturdy carcass using four specialized clips that permit natural wood expansion and contraction across the seasons, ensuring stability. This clever design also allows for easy removal of the top for relocation or repair.

Protected by an advanced, professional-grade finish, this bench offers peace of mind alongside beauty. The VOC-free and HAP-free 100% solids monomer UV-cured coating is completely waterproof and impervious to common household accidents, including acetone (nail polish remover), making it as practical as it is eye-catching for your indoor spaces.
