Terms & Conditions: Buyer Agreement

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

• Shipping & Processing: You understand that because each item is handcrafted, a processing time of 3 business days applies prior to transit.

• Final Sale (Boards & Custom small Items): You acknowledge that all charcuterie boards, serving pieces, and personalized or custom-engraved items are final sale due to hygiene and custom craftsmanship standards, and are ineligible for return or exchange.

• Home Decor Returns: You understand that standard (non-personalized) home decor items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, unused condition and packaging, with return shipping costs covered by the buyer.

• Maker's Guarantee (Defects & Transit Damage): You agree that for any transit damage, manufacturing defects, or personalization errors, you will provide clear photographic documentation and notify the studio within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a resolution or Custom Commission Credit.

• Privacy Policy: You understand that your personal information collected during checkout—such as your name, address, and email—will be used exclusively for order fulfillment, communication, and shipping logistics, and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

• Limitation of Liability: You agree that Van Sant Woodwork & Shade Care LLC’s total liability for any claims arising from your purchase is limited to the original purchase price of the item(s).
